Eliminate any disorder at teamwork and organize it in a proper way. Microsoft Planner Collaboration Tool makes it easy for any team to make task plans, organize and allocate tasks, share files, chat about what you’re working on, and get updates on progress.

This planner tool was first launched for the web and now available for mobile as well for Android and iOS.

This planner collaboration tool works similar to apps like Trello and Asana. It is bundled along with the Office 365 suite for free.

This time, the apps are available as a free download as well for all eligible Office 365 users. But this free option doesn’t include all the features. For a new user to Planner tool, first, get started by visiting tasks.office.com. Once plans have been created in the Web app, the user can view and update those plans in the smartphone experience.
The Microsoft Planner app is quite easy to use and lets users see all their tasks in one place. It lets the user update the board when plans change by just dragging and dropping tasks between columns, and chat with members on the go.

With Planner Collaboration Tool, users will receive email notifications whenever they are assigned a new task or added to a conversation.

The app currently works only for Office 365 or student subscription users only, and if you’re eligible, you can download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store for free.
